How many people with a migrant background live here?In order to make small-scale statistical data accessible to anyone interested anywhere and at any time, the municipal statistics association “KOSIS” launched the KOSIS statistics app.
In this way, small-scale data from over 20 cities can be accessed – anywhere and at any time.After starting the app, the district in which the user is located is highlighted in color.
Topic, year (or the time series) or another district can be freely selected and the selected data is displayed directly graphically or in a table.In addition, data from different cities or years can also be compared graphically or in tables.The app currently contains the following topics:• Unemployed and employed people by gender• Residents by age group, marital status, migration background• Births, deaths and migration• Households by household size• Apartments by number of rooms• Shares of second votes in the federal election
